Spago Imaging AB presents data on new MR contrast agent Spago Pix at ECR in Vienna.

Spago Imaging visited the radiology meeting ECR in Vienna to present data on the Spago Pix, a nanosized polymeric manganese-containing contrast agent. As shown by MR-analysis as well as chemical analysis and immunohistochemistry in a clinically relevant mouse model of breast cancer, Spago Pix selectively leaks into tumor tissue where it demonstrates excellent tumor contrast enhancement.
